The HSG Talents is the official recruitment event of the University of St.Gallen, connecting over 80 companies with more than 2'000 students each year. The event is organized by the university’s Career & Corporate Services team, supported by a dedicated group of students. Each team member is responsible for their own area and ensures the individual support of participating companies.

Students at the University of St.Gallen have a unique opportunity to meet representatives from over 80 companies in person and establish initial connections with potential employers. At the same time, companies can use the event to recruit talented students for their organizations. The Opening marks the beginning of three weeks filled with interactive modules, offering numerous opportunities for engagement between students and companies.

Since 1984 the University of St. Gallen organizes an annual recruiting event - since 2009 it is known as HSG Talents.
