The HSG Talents is designed for matriculated students of the HSG. For occasional exceptions please contact us via talents@unisg.ch.

It depends on the different modules. You can participate at the Career Fair without registration or application. You will have to apply for Company Insight, Workshops, Interviews, Company Dinner, Escape Room, Confect & Connect and Mix, Shake, Associate no later than seven days in advance of the event.

You will receive a definitive confirmation or refusal until 72 hours before the event.

Please fill in all relevant information in your profile on my.hsgcareer.ch and set it to public ("organization). The companies will receive an overview of your details (structured as a CV). Uploaded CV will not be forwarded directly to companies.

Events in German and English are taking place. You can decide yourself if you want to fill in your profile details in English or German. Remember to set your profile to visible for public (“organization”).

Every company selects according to their own criteria. The organizing team of the HSG Talents has no influence on the selection.

Yes, in any case! The HSG Talents is a great opportunity to get in touch with companies, to fill your profile on hsgcareer.ch for the first time (you will need it more often later on) and to establish first contacts. The companies are looking for students from all study levels and majors. It is possible that you are exactly the person for whom they are looking for. Especially the Company Insights and the Career Fair offer a great opportunity to get a first insight and give you the opportunity to get in touch with company representatives.

We recommend that you do some in-depth research about your preferred companies to make a good first impression. There is no universal answer to this question. For the career fair, workshops and interviews we recommend business clothing (suit/trouser suit). For the modules escape room, confect & connect and mix,shake,associate we recommend a smart casual look.

Furthermore the recommendable dress code may vary depending on the companies expectations. In order to get a feeling for a companies expectations we recommend to visit the companies website and look for pictures of similar events.

Yes, some legal firms will be represented, and many of the larger companies will be recruiting lawyers for their legal departments.
