The HSG Talents is a student initiative and as the official recruitment event of the University of St. Gallen, it brings together over 100 companies and more than 1,700 students each year. The HSG Talents is organized by a team of three students under the direction of Career & Corporate Services (CSC).
The HSG Talents offers students of the University of St. Gallen a unique opportunity to get to know representatives of more than 100 companies and to make initial contacts with potential employers. At the same time, it gives companies the opportunity to recruit new talented students for their company as part of the event.

The Career & Corporate Services (CSC) at the University of St.Gallen (HSG) defines itself as a partner and impulse giver for recruiting organizations. The HSG Talents organizing team, which is under the general guidance of the CSC, uses its insights and know-how to accomplish the recruitment and marketing goals of the companies.
The programme of the Career & Corporate Services (CSC) supports students in their career planning. The continuous education of the counsellors along with the regular exchange with company representatives and their involvement in the seminars, workshops and trainings, allows the CSC to provide students with individualized professional and career-relevant support.
The Career & Corporate Services (CSC) also creates platforms for students to meet and build their own network with alumni and company representatives. In doing so, the CSC acknowledges the importance of the University network as a whole, its interconnectedness with local and international stakeholders and the development of mentoring relationships and long-term bonding between the University and its alumni.
